i'm a plugra fanatic. my standard is to buy 8 to 10 lbs of the red blocks at trader joe's every 2 weeks or so. usually runs me about $2.99 or so per lb. stopped by their sepulveda (near lax) location last sunday and found it marked up to $3.69. when the cashier rang up my groceries, a single pound rang up to $3.99. needless to say, they charged me the $3.69 price due to their signage error. smart & final is charging $3.89 per pound.
but does anyone know what the price increase is about and where else i can find plugra in LA for less? i live in the north side of the san fernando valley but will drive for butter!
thanks in advance.
