The criteria (going this Sunday):
-In Napa Valley
-Good selection of meat-free AND gluten-free entrees under $20 (they don't have to be both veg. and glutenfree, I'll be with one celiac and one person who eats fish but not meat).
-Quality is the most important part, but ideally something that would give my guests a real "California experience."
I was thinking of a few, but I have issues with each
-Bistro Jeanty (heard questionable things, questionable online prices, and nothing really California about it)
-Mustard's or Cindy's Backstreet (seems like we'd be forced to order one of the sandwiches - not that that's necessarily a bad thing, although it could be with the gluten issue)
-Rutherford Grill - (heard great things, and free corkage, but there are amazing steakhouses/grills in every city)
-Barbers Q - (Limited non-meat items)
-Bar Menu at Press (very meat-heavy)
