Within the last year or two I made a recipe from either BA or Gourmet (most likely BA) for a Casear salad-type appetizer. It was like a summer roll, made with rice paper, prosciutto, lettuce, Parmesan, and other things. A little nit-picky to make but it presented well and tasted pretty good.
I've put all different sorts of search terms into Epi and I can't come up with anything. Does this recipe description ring a bell for anyone?
