I was told by a Korean friend of mine that "real" Korean bbq often involves meat that has no marinade.
Has anyone heard of this? Knows what it's called?
And is there anywhere in the Bay Area that would serve this?
I did some searching and foound mention of sang galbi, sam kyupsal, and sam gyeob. Not sure if it's the same thing....
