Can I find a mangosteen in Hawaii in January? (and where should I eat in Honolulu's Chinatown?)

I'm going to be in Oahu and Kauai during the first half of January and would very much like to have a mangosteen again (I had one a long time ago when I was six and living in Ivory Coast). Anyone know if they will be findable and where I might have the best luck looking for one?

Also, I'm looking for suggestions for where to eat in Chinatown in Honolulu. While I like a wide variety of foods and will try almost anything, I will be traveling with someone who doesn't eat any fish or seafood and someone else who prefers bland foods and won't eat anything "too weird." Any other suggestions as to a good place to eat lunch in Chinatown which we will all enjoy?
