AJ's Fine Foods usually has it at the butcher counter. You might want to call ahead to make sure they have it when you want it, (sometimes their selection is more limited in the summer.) They will always be happy to order it for you, which takes one day.

    1. RobConnoley I've also seen it at the Lee Lees.

I've seen some of the Denmark brand Linguica (out of the Phoenix area) in the Fry's stores. All the Denmark sausage is good, in my opinion.

Ben Forbes of Forbes Meat Company makes and sells Linguica. He butchers at Rincon Market and has also just started selling at a tiny Sunday morning Farmers Market round the corner from Five Points Market on Stone Ave.
