Please help. I'm trying to recreate the Chipati, a speciality of Ann Arbor, MI, since a friend has sent me some Chipati sauce. A chipati is basically a large pita baked, sliced open and stuffed with salad (delicious). It's about the size of your average dinner plate. Where can I find a big, thick, round, preferably whole wheat pita in DC?
