Yesterday, acting on a tip, I made the trip over to the bay area to Andronico's, which carries Caputo flour, but when I arrived there for my first time, I was a little disappointed to find that they only carry the really small 1kg bags for about $3.50 a bag... I bought a couple, but felt that I will go through them pretty quickly on pizzas and breads at home.
Does anyone have any ideas for a source in the bay area or Northern California to buy either a 10kg or 25kg package/bag of this flour that comes from the Pizza gods in Italy???
