Where to find "Empanada Discs" Anyone?

Maryanne Smyth | Jun 30, 200311:12 PM     10

Perhaps anyone amongst so many could tell me if there are any groceries or specialty stores around the Bay Area where I can find ready made EMPANADA DISCS (dough) ready to just fill up w/filling of choice & bake. The only thing I have found so far is the Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crusts that come 2 to a box minus the aluminun pan of course. I went thru some Foodnetwork sites where this is mentioned & I was also told I could buy them ready made like the soft tortillas. This would be so convenient for me as preparing them from scratch esp. if there are many to be done is too time consuming & overwhelming. I would appreciate a response as I know there are several here that are so knowledgeable w/regards to food markets & the like. Thank you very much in advance.
