Just found out that Blu in Canton (Baltimore) closed down a while ago. I'm guessing it's been recently because I know it was open in mid-March.
Anyway, my wife and I think Mark Littleton is the best chef around and we're trying to find out where he's gone. We loved him at Simon's and it took us nearly a year to track him to Blu. I don't want to wait that long again!
And when I do find him this time, I plan on asking for his home phone number so I don't lose him a third time!
