Finally, a critic who is critical

I can't remember the last time I've read a negative food review. I find this refreshing and wish there was more like it. Kudo's to Jared Kaufman for this detailed review of Tequila Cocina. I think it's important to show both what works and what doesn't and why; and Jared does exactly that in this article.
