Hey, everyone. I'm stocking an empty kitchen. One of the things I'm hung up on while I plan is pots and pans. I'm finalizing my shopping list. Don't worry too much about budgets, as it's flexible. I'm a young guy and not an amazing cook, but I might put forth effort to properly maintain fancier gear. But I also don't wanna make a mistake on something tricky to care for.
I've procrastinated this decision and I'm at my deadline as I'm posting. Well, I've done so much research that I overwhelmed myself.
I'm probably gonna get the AllClad 12 inch skillet. I'm leaning towards shorter wide stockpots based on what I've read. I'm assuming I want quite a few sizes of everything.
How many pots and pans, of what sizes, any criteria of different types I should have in my set?
Nonstick such as Woll Diamond or other? I'd probably add at least one or two cast iron things. Also add a grill-texture pan.
Please help out making this list. I appreciate it since I'm over my head. Thank you
On a side note, any suggestions for other kitchen shopping is appreciated. I've done research, but I love to hear further info!
