I've got a package of Filo sitting in the freezer and not sure what to do with it. Any ideas? I've had some delicious chicken wrapped in filo and the chicken was stuffed with mushrooms and a cream sauce at a restaurant. It was sooooo good but I've no idea how I would make it. Anyways, I'm interested in a recipe like this and any other ideas. Something that won't take me hours though.
