Planning a Thursday to Sunday in NYC, 6/9-6/12. We'll have 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 3 dinners. We inhabit the culinary wasteland of Indianapolis, so we're up for anything (except super spicy).

We're arriving 8 a.m. on Thursday, so by the time we find our way to our hotel to leave bags, it will be time for an early lunch. We have a 7:30 p.m. table at Bouley (Thank you to Ttrockwood). Need a lunch suggestion. Pick your favorites, no constraints as to price, location, or palate.

On Friday we have 8 p.m. theater tickets at the St. James. Rather than rush through dinner I made a 2 p.m. lunch reservation at Gramercy. Is it possible to find someplace that's open late for post-theater dining?

On Saturday, we have tickets for a 2 p.m. show at Studio 54, so what's the best plan for that day? Who seats at 11 a.m.? Dinner will have to be someplace where we can still get a reservation at this "late" date. I have a table at Gabriel Kreuther, but will abandon it for more desirable (in your opinion) destination (Aquavit, Bouley, JG, Le Bernardin are fully booked).

Need a breakfast suggestion for Friday and Sunday pre-airport. Sunday will have to be a bagel or pastry and coffee day.
