Hi,
Our fig tree is giving lots of fruit, I can keep up before they go too soft.
Last year I froze a batch and I had to throw them out, they became a mushy mess, and the flavor was off. I tried making them into jam and it tasted awful.
Does anybody know of different approach for long time storage that actually works?
