A neighbor gave us a whole bag full of these he harvested on his property. I'm aware of their toxicity. [Boil at least 15 minutes]. Any tried and true recipes for these little sprouters? I will admit they are not the most attractive looking vegetable, but maybe, just maybe, they'll more than make up for it in TASTE. See pic below if you're unsure what these guys look like. And they aint cheap...!
