Festive breads - what ones do you make?

Made Stollen this weekend (from the recipe in the Time-Life Foods of the World German spiral-bound recipe book, doubled it to make 4 BIG loaves which I am giving away). Still have quite a bit of dried fruit and peel etc in the house, as well as nuts, which I would like to use up. Any recipes to recommend? All ideas welcomed.
