Feldmanfest at Saigon Restaurant

Thursday night, Feldman festivities began at Saigon Seafood Restaurant in Richmond. Besides Mr. Feldman's scintillating company, those attending could enjoy some excellent Cantonese fare. My particular favorites were
the Chiu Chow cold crab and the vegetable courses. I strongly recommend people to go to Saigon just to try the vegetables. Many diners commented favorably upon the unusual freshness of the vegetables. Indeed, on a previous visit, I was impressed by an impeccably prepared hollow spinach.

I'll let others comment on the other dishes. Overall, though, the quality was very high. A list of the menu:

14. Fook Kin Fried Rice
15. Assorted Dessert
