Of those, Gregoire was new to me. The famous potato puffs are indeed sublime, and the pear bread pudding with caramel sauce was delicious. It's always fun to introduce someone to the Bowl -- we got a weird-looking tuber called an "oca" and I spent the weekend pulling it out of my pocket and making people guess what it was.
