As much as I love Oysters, I feel they get all the good press and clams are treated as second class edibles. I think clams are incredible and get them as much as I can all over town. Yet, in the 20 years I've been eating clams, I've never had, or even seen a razor clam up close. They show up on the Food Network all the time and I'd love to try some.
Anyone had razor clams in LA?
