I had an excellent meal at Blue Agave a couple weeks ago. The atmosphere of a little neighborhood joint, the cuisine of a top notch chef, and the best margaritas I've ever tasted (they don't bother to include the mundane Cuervo on their impressive tequila list). I had a pork chop with black mole sauce that was incredible. The chop was 3 inches thick, perfectly cooked with the buttery consistency of filet mignon. Another cubed pork dish was equally good and completely different in flavor. The bread pudding dessert was to die for! The owner came to the table several times to check on things or just to chat. Overall a great experience. I can't wait to go back to try more!
