A warm and cozy greeting to everyone in our Cookbook of the Month community! Let's put on our thinking caps and share ideas for our February selection. For many of us, February means chilly days, long wintry nights, and perhaps cooking while snowed in. Our shortest month also features Valentine's Day! Which book will inspire us to cook together next month?
Please nominate as many cookbooks, cooking blogs, or cooking websites as you like, and CAPITALIZE THE TITLE as you nominate. If you’re mentioning or discussing the book but not nominating, just name the book without capitalizing. Thanks!
I would like to extend a special welcome to anyone new to Cookbook of the Month (COTM) and invite you to feel free to nominate away! We welcome nominations from all, whether you’ve been involved in COTM in the past or if you’re brand new. We just ask that you nominate with the intention of cooking with us next month. Come cook with us!

**Nominations will close on Tuesday January 19 at NOON, Eastern Time.** I'll tally the results and post our voting thread shortly afterwards. As always, it's exciting to see which ideas emerge (and return!) this month as potential COTM material. Happy nominating and thank you for participating!
