Our next Cookbook of the Month will by Ottolenghi Simple: A Cookbook by Yotam Ottolenghi. We can use this thread to chat about the book before our reporting threads go up on February 1. Also, feel free to post links here to any online recipes from this book. This helps us expand access to the recipes in the book so more of us can cook together next month. Thank you!
