Hello again, everyone -- we can now begin to choose a book to cook for next month.
February is short, and cold/wet for most here, but of course it's got heart at its core.
In the last half year we've done
Asian (Momofuku and Lucky Peach)
Persian (Food of Life, The New Persian Kitchen, Legendary cuisine of Persia)
Soups (Twelve Months of Monastery Soups)
Venetian (Polpo's revisit)
and of course now we are cooking from Simple.
(Mexican and Tex-Mex both missing from that list, just mentionin' )
(Also missing: street food!)
Well now you know what I want for lunch, what would all of *you* like to try next month?
