I'll finally be going to Au Pied de Cochon for my first (and most likely only time as I live outside of Canada and rarely make it to Montreal) and would like some advice on what to order since everything on the menu sounds so damn good. I'm leaning towards the Duck in a Can - with the cured foie gras & boudin tart a close second - and the Lobster Roll (if on the menu). I thought I'd tap your collective wisdom about your favorites. As for desserts, I've never had much of a sweet tooth. Am I missing anything by not ordering one? I'd rather save my stomach space for another savory dish.
