I was in an earlier discussion and someone used the word "herby-ness" to describe a flavor. I was really entertained by it.
I'm wondering what words have you used or phrases have you used/heard to describe food/flavors.
One of my personal favorites, I had someone describe a curry dish to me as "nice and sturdy". I was really amused but, knew exactly what they meant.
