Anyone found any at the store (or have a recipe) that actually taste remotely "restaurant-style"? I've been given some lovely avocados and want to make chips-n-guacamole. Most bagged chips seem pretty bad. Any thoughts? Thanks.
For perfectly fried, mozzarella Arancini, dip a rice ball into flour and shake off any excess. Dip floured ball into egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Finish by coating completely in breadcrumbs. Repeat.
