Favorite Taquerias (white plains area)

was just wondering what some of your fave taquerias are around the white plains area...i've only really eaten at 3, mexico lindo, cancun and la puebla (the rogue's mentioned this place before). i've only had tortas and rice n beans at cancun, but they are consistently good. ive really come to like mexico lindo. the people there are very friendly, and they help me w/ my spanish, which is so so. their carne asada tacos are sooo good, and their guacamole isnt bad either (although my mom's is my favorite i must say). ive had their gringas and chalupas too, but they're just like any other kind of quesadilla type appetizer you've had in a mexican restaurant around here. BUT i was talking to this mexican girl who just bought the bagel place on mamaroneck ave. right over by the old sea star diner (flagship back in the day) and she said she always gets the green enchiladas there, so i'll have to try them soon. she's from puebla too, so she knows.
i tried la puebla for the first time on friday (which is funny, cuz it's not even 5 minutes from my house). i guess this isnt a taqueria per se, but i consider it like one. i only had a beef (fried)empanada (it had been lying about for a bit, but it was so good, seasoned just right, very tasty), and 2 tamales. one tamale had a red chile pepper and cheese. it was okay, i swear i've had the frozen ones at trader joe's and theyre just as good. i'd like to try some more things on their menu tho (and a fresh empanada).
i do wanna try veracruz tho also, it's a lil farther down the road from mexico lindo (towards scarsdale) on 22, the mexican girl said they have good food there too....so much food, so little time. whats a chowhound to do?
