I have searched the archives, and google and returned results for most manufacturers cookbooks and not much on Amazon. With steam ovens becoming a little bit more common, I was hoping I could get some recipes or techniques/tips if you have one and have used them.
For example, I saw a recent blog for make ahead frozen breakfast burritos and then they reheated them in the microwave. In my experience, tortillas don't warm well - they are like leather by the time the filling is warm. Can I do these in the steam oven with some convection and some steam?
I am open to all tips and recipes. Thanks in advance for your help!
