Favorite steak rubs or marindes?

I prefer to grill out at any time of the year, however there are some who only grill out in the spring/summer/fall. Was wondering what favorite rub or marinade recipes for steaks you grillmasters might care to share with the board? Thanks in advance.

The recipe for one of my favorite marinades follows:

1/2 cup red wine
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
2 Tablespoons honey
3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon ground ginger

Combine all ingredients, and place in plastic, zip top bag (or in deep pan) along with steak of choice. Refrigerate 4-6 hours (or overnight), turning occasionally. Remove steaks from continer & let steaks reach room temp. prior to cooking. Discard marinade.
