To me, scrapple and eggs over easy with good piece of toast is a hard breakfast to beat. It's one of the reasons I keep hens. As a lifetime scrapple lover, I've been looking for new ones to try. I grew up in Baltiomre eating Rapa, which was the only one available. Over the last few years, I have found others, or more accurately, my pal Mike, who's from LSD (lower, slower Delaware), has introduced me to some new ones, my personal favorite being Hughes Delaware Maid.
