Favorite pretzel

I visited Philly this weekend and now have a favorite pretzel -- before I did not have a favorite, just a recurringly disappointed wish, whenever I ate a pretzel, that it might approach the level of the sourdough pretzels of my youth, from Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco.

My dreams have been realized: I went to Reading Terminal Market and bought a soft sourdough pretzel from an Amish stand called Fischer's, and was transported. Their sourdough is very sour, but it does not cover up the flavor of the wheat -- there are lots of subtle nuances of flavor -- and the chewy texture is sublime. I had butter on mine; mustard and cheese product were also available.
