Favorite porcini & truffle meals/ menus Emilia Romagna

Hello! My husband and I, both fungiphiles, are travelling to Italy mid-November. We will be touring Rome, Florence and Venice as well as spending a few days in the Emilia Romagna region. We'd love to experience a truffle hunt - any recommendations for guides/ tours would be appreciated. Also, please share any memorable and outstanding meals, favorite dishes, menus featuring the porcini or white truffle in season in any of the above areas, especially ER?
