Your Favorite Newman's Own Products?

Alright, philanthropic considerations aside, it seems like just about everybody has at least one or two Newman's Own products they really like. Fact is, this company cranks out some pretty good stuff. 

The Khantessa and I dote on the Olive Oil and Vinegar salad dressing and the Italian salad dressing. You lot have any favs?

SO really likes the marinara sauce.

I use the low fat Sesame Ginger salad dressing almost daily on my salads. I also like the salsa.

For jarred or bottled, I think most of their products are among the best. I jazz up the Caesar dressing with more garlic and anchovies and lemon juice.

While I have used some of the products over the years, nothing has ever "grabbed" me enough to be a regular user of their products. 

Actually salad dressing, jarred sauce and microwave pop corn is all that comes to mind, is there more they brand?

I've had a few good vinegar-based salad dressings. Much better than the other bottled stuff, though I don't eat salad anymore. And homemade still trumps them all IMO.

I don't think you were asking about this, but the one Newman's Own product I always buy are the dog treats. My dogs LOVE them and they have less crap in them than other store bought brands. I do also make homemade dog treats, but I like to give the pups some variety. The ones they like look like Slim Jims, flavored with chicken and vegetables.

I like a couple teaspoons of the olive oil and vinegar PN dressing stirred in a bowl of hot pasta followed by a couple pinches of red pepper flakes... Nom.nom.

I think newman's own italian dressing is a percentage of my father's daily food groups. A bottle a week since they started making it. 

I actually love the original "hermit" cookies- thick, chewy, spicey. The organic spelt pretzels are great, as are the honey wheat. 

The "ginger-Os" are hard to come by, like an oreo but with ginger creme, good stuff. And the peanut butter ones. 

Oh, and those dk chocolate peanut butter cups are amazing. 
I feel good supporting the company- and they make some really great stuff!

in years past (before i started to pay attention to my carb and white flour intake) i would split pita bread and brush the cut side with the original salad dressing then bake until brown and crisp.

Caesar Dressing (oil based), Fig Newmans, Newman-O's, Uncured Pepperoni thin crust pizza, Roadside Lemonade, Limeaid and the Shrimp Scampi skillet meal.

Just 1,as mentioned before..the Ginger O's cookies.Yep and are harder to find now. Some of the salad dressings are outer ring suburbia safe bets.

Love the pretzels but can't find them everywhere. Also the Fig Newman's and Newman O's cookies (Ginger are my fav) are delicious, but I do not buy them often since I will eat too many! 
I once had Newman's Own wine at a restaurant, it was good!

I'm so surprised to see all these Neman's Own products listed that I never new existed. I thought for sure my parent's had purchased every product in the brand. Huge fans, my parents. My mom usually makes her own vingarettes, but she always seems to have a bottle of his in the fridge, as well. This has been the case since I was in grade school. It's also their staple brand of salsa. They also sometimes buy the popcorn and pizza, although not a staple in the house. I'll have to let them know of all these other products they're missing!!

Salsa, balsamic dressing, italian dressing, frozen pizza, all of the O cookies, and the pasta sauces (tomato basil and sockarooni). Basically, anything I've had of the Newmans Own brand I've really liked. IMO it's a safe bet.

Late to the party, but agree with many posters (esp Veggo re the Caesar dressing).

Love his salsa--use it as such and in recipes. Also love the salsa and the Super Dark Chocolate (70% i think)

Our family has always referred to his products as "big head guy" due to the photo on everything. My son would happily drink the light caesar dressing. I like the light raspberry walnut and balsamic. I LOVE the ginger Newman O's and the hermits.

I love the Parmesan & Roasted Garlic dressing used as a marinade for grilled chicken. Every time I serve it people ask me what that flavor is and I give them my "recipe": Put chicken in a container, add dressing to coat, wait for at least 30 minutes, then grill. Delicious.

For the record, I will never say no to a Fig Newman or their Chocolate Caramel Cups.

The original salad dressing beats anything I have come up with. And all of them are shelf stable after opening, which is great on a boat with no fridge.

The pasta sauces are great in and of themselves, but it goes against my grain to leave a sauce out of the container without any "help". And if you are going to doctor them up, you might as well get the cheapest stuff.
