It occurred to me that when we debate back and forth here about New Mexican restaurants, we may be ordering very different things, which could partly explain why responses often tend to be so different. Just because a place makes a killer stack of green chile enchiladas doesn't mean they have the first clue about making a great carne adovada burrito, sopaipilla, etc.
So once more into the breech...what are your favorite NM restaurants for specific items?
