My Favorite Korean Restaurant

Ok, I don't work at this place and I am not plugging it for a buddy. Most of my Korean friends will tell you that it is essentially impossible to find decent Korean food in Seattle proper. I am here to tell you that Edmonds is the home of Book Chahng Dong Soon Doo Boo aka Soft Tofu House/Korean BBQ Cuisine. I get cravings for their seafood pancake (Hae Mool Pah Juhn) because it is the perfect combo of crispy, salt, starchy, sea-foody and wonderful that one hopes for in a perfect food. Their soon-doo-boo is filled to the brim with good thick soft tofu and the soup stock is lovely. Their pahn jahn (appetizers) include a tasty, tangy spicy kim chee and mung beans/sprouts that have not-too much sesame oil and their Kalbi and Korean BBQ is always satisfying. I have yet to have a meal there that dissapoints. If you like Korean food and want the address, let me know and I'll post it. Again, this comes from the heart as I have no stake in this restaurant. They just serve up darn good eats.
