i've been invited to a dinner party on saturday, and after reading through a few threads on this board, i've decide to try my hand at gougeres, as I am supposed to bring an appetizer. they will have only to travel downtown about 30 blocks. :)
so, i am writing to request your favorite gougeres recipes, as well as any tips/suggestions, especially with regard to cheese selection...i really want that sharp, tangy, yet creamy flavor...
