The menu is pretty wide open with a lot of really interesting dishes. The Rou Jia Mo homemade bread looks like a nice starter, maybe the minced pork with shiitake mushroom? I like the idea of the lamb but jalapeno just doesn't seem to work with Chinese food.
The knife cut noodles look awesome, even in a relatively simple spicy beef noodle soup or the pan seared noodle with egg. Then there are dishes like the Sichuan Spicy Cold Noodle, the Housemade Liangpi Noodle or all of the skewers and that doesn't even start with the Rice Noodle dishes like the Yunnan version or the Black Vinegar Minced Pork Rice Noodles...
I feel like I want to order 2 starters and 3 or 4 mains...
I would be interested to hear if anyone that has a couple favorites here.

Hmm... That link looks odd, I hope it works!
