I tend to use Guittard. Callebaut, and Scharffen Berger, depending on what I find. I just heard about Valrhona. Im kind of having trouble settling on a brand given that I work out so I cant really bake much as its a rare treat for me. So its not easy to determine which brand is my favorite. Well my little brother's birthday is coming and Im looking to bake a chocolate cake for him but cant decide on the brand of chocolate. My little sister is also begging me to make chocolate chip cookies this weekend as well. I dont like brands that dont give me the cacao percentage. Ghiradelli, for example, doesn't do that a lot.
