Favorite Bottled Chili Oil Sauce?

I was recently delighted to become acquainted with bottled Chinese chili oil. I know I shouldn't have been surprised that ready-made chili oil exists, but I'd never thought much about it before.

Now I can enjoy those flavors with foods that you don't usually find in Chinese restaurants!
