What's your favorite way to cook a beef roast? I generally put it a pot in the oven with some beer, beef bouillion, an array of spices from the garden (or out of a cupboard in the winter), and cook it around 325 until it falls apart. It's great but I'm getting bored with it. Looking for new ideas.
How about we make it a contest? The winner gets......the satisfaction of knowing they won? Cheesy but the best I can probably do.
