Calling all bakers! I left some Greek yogurt out on the counter all day and am not sure if it is ok to eat it raw anymore so I am looking for yummy ways to bake or cook with it so it doesn't go to waste. I used a few tablespoons in a tikka masala recipe last night and we did not get ill so I know it is safe enough for that. Just not sure if it is also safe to eat raw. Any favorite recipes you'd care to share?
