ok, for all you non fruit loops type people out there. Once again I found myself standing in the cereal aisle at Whole Foods, wanting to not break down and but grapenuts AGAIN, but unable to go another way. Every label I read was too sugary, too much fat, too many ingredients, and I'm always looking for the whole wheat grain as first ingredient.
I must've spent 20 min there.
I bought grapenuts again and slinked out of the store.
Can anybody recc a healthy lowfat low sugar full grain etc creeal they love?
