Fatty Tuna - $$ question

Rete | Aug 19, 2004 03:39 PM

Hi chows,

last week we had dinner at Ichimura (getting used to the good stuff) and I had, as an appetizer, medium-fatty tuna. It was SO good that I couldn't believe it, I would have easily eaten three more of the same...

There were 5 slices of tuna aprox 1/2" thick and it cost $30 (the extra-fatty tune was $40, also appetizer). I am no expert, but the quality was VERY good, a week later I still think of that wonderful fish...

My question is, what do you think about the price? Is it correct? Can I get tuna of that quality for less? (I'd be more than happy!!!) for more?

Thanks for your input!!
