Father's Day Brunch at Pican in Oakland

This is basically a copy and paste of my review on Opentable. Found Pican here, so I thought I should do a follow up. Can I plagerize my own review?

I wrote..

The food was good; perhaps some of the best fried chicken breast I've had. I don't usually like fried chicken breast. The shrimp and grits was some of the best I've had as well.

Since it was only 1:15, I could probably just have had that, and called it a day. The problem I had was that I had carefully scoured brunch menus for breakfast food, and chosen Pican becuase as of a week ago, they served egg dishes and pancakes. No mention of a different menu for father's Deay. On arrival there WAS a special menu for fathers day, a fixed price three course menu at $55.00 per person, so I ended up spending $300 for four adults, with tip, but no drinks, for fried chicken which we took home and ate cold. Still, very good.

Well not just fried chicken; there was also a meatloaf option, which husband said was "meh", and snapper, but they were out. Daughter had stuffed squash. We had the shrimp or fried green tomatoes as the appetizer, and there was also a desert included, but we were too full. We took the deserts home, but some didn't seem to make it into the bag.
