Fat Willy's Rib Shack

I went to Fat Willy's on Schubert Saturday. Just a couple of issues.
1. They need to think out their ordering process...Took far too long.
2. The ribs were too smokey...I figure they use liquid smoke as I didn't see a smoker in the joint. They really need to cut back on that.
