Obviously it's the butter and yogurt that make us all love naan so, but my genes unfortunately require me to limit my intake of such things. I did some web searches to no avail. Any suggestions on ways to reduce the saturated fat in this bread and have it still be yummy? I was thinking of just substituting low- or non-fat yogurt, maybe drained, for the regular yogurt and maybe using olive oil instead of butter, which I know would change the flavor but could still be good. Also, I've never made naan myself so any general tips would be welcome too.
