Fat Ham to close King of Prussia location

Fat Ham will close next week. Given its problems, and the problems Vetri has had with his Pizza restaurant in KoP, I wonder if the King of Prussia mall has over expanded with higher end dining. Or perhaps the rents there are unsustainable.
