Fat Cat Pizza, Norwalk CT - new favorite

PizzaFace | Feb 22, 2005 01:17 PM

A friend took us to Fat Cat Pizza in Norwalk, CT and I highly recommend it! Thin thin crust pizza with organic ingredients. It's very similar to Colony Pizza in Stamford, CT without all the grease (creating a crispier crust). The restaurant is spacious. Modern decor with tall ceilings and exposed brick walls. We started off with the organic green salad with veggies which was simple and refreshing. The bread they served was yummy and tasted very fresh. The pizzas start around $7. Our favorite was the simple garlic chip and olive oil pizza. We also tried broccoli rabe and another with caramelized onions. They did make a mistake and sent an extra garlic pizza but didn't charge us, so the 5 of us ate all 4 delicious pizzas. We didn't try any, but they do have a lot of wine and some special cheeses. Definitely check it out, it's my new favorite in the area (I still love Colony in Stamford)
