I just read an article that stated that Mormons, who do this practice, had significantly lower cases of heart disease risk and had less coronary heart disease.
It seems this small practice gives the body a chance to rejuvenate itself.
I am ready to try no breakfast and no lunch for 1 day a month. But I'd like to learn more. Like what happens if I drink a bit of coffee, tea or water?
Has anyone done this?
